Security Warning

When I access my outlook email I sometime receive this message. Security
Warning
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office11\startup\cb.dot

contains macros by Blue Squirrel a certificate has expired

The bottom of the box says Disable Macros, Enable Macros more info. I have
clicked each of these buttons but the message continues to appear. Can
someone tell me how to disable the box.
