Security with inherited database

I just inherited several Access applications and cannot figure out where to
change the security. Access is used to link to a SQL database. I am able to
link, read and edit to the SQL database tables in other applications.

The Access application I'm trying to get into will not allow me to even
change a table's name and I cannot get into the code at all. I am set up as
an Admin and it appears that I am the owner as well, however, it also shows
the owner as "Unknown" in the link section. I've made a copy of the
database in the developer's folder as well as in my own folder and am still
blocked from going "behind the scenes". Suggestions?

Then it appears you are not logging in as the owner. Further, the workgroup
information file you are using doesn't contain the user that does own the
objects. Locate and use the mdw that was used to secure it.
