Security Wizard Problem

Help!

Whilst running the User-Level Security Wizard in Access
2002, I receive the following error message when adding a
new user's details...

"The expression On Click you entered as the event
property setting produced the following error:
Microsoft Access can't move the focus to the control
tbUserName"

If I ignore this and continue, at the end of the wizard I
receive a different error message:

"Error 'An unexpected error occurred while creating the
workfile group': The wizard can't complete successfully."

Any ideas? The database contains Forms with OnClick
Macros assigned however everything works so I'm stuck!
