Security Wizard

I ran the Security Wizard, but when the report shows up for Printing out, it
has " #name " in everyone of the Users and Groups. I can't see what all my
important information is for the Workgroup ID so that I can rebuild if
necessary. How can I fix?

This problem is "Resolved" Thanks to all that provided very good information.
