Hello,

I create a shared folder, when I'm looking the authorizations, I can't
define authorizations to read or access for each role. Solution ?

Can I create a new role in groove ?

In Outlook, how can I select attachment from a shared folder of groove ?

Hi Oseborn

I'll answer your first question. In Groove, a member of a space (or a shared
folder) can see everything in that space. If you want to keep some stuff
private, create another space and don't invite the folks in that you don't
want to see the content.

I will answer the second question - you can't! But you can drag and drop
attachments from Outlook to a Groove workspace
