I followed the Security FAQ. I created a work group I created different
accounts with permission, I used the Secruity wizard. But when I create a
shortcut to another persons computer it dosen't ask them to log in. I can't
figure out what step I'm missing.

This is the target for my shortcut on my desktop.

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\MSACCESS.EXE" "C:\Documents and
Settings\tatenn\Desktop\Test\CCletter.mdb" /WRKGRP "C:\Documents and
Settings\tatenn\Desktop\Test\Workgroup.mdw"

If you start a database via a shortcut using the /wrkgrp switch to
specify the workgroup file, and, the user is not presented with a
username/password screen, then, the workgroup file that you specified,
does not have a password on the admin user.

This would strongly suggest that you have not done the securing
properly.
