See who is connected

Good afternoon,
I have an Access 2000 database shared across my network
at work. It is in a shared folder and certain people have
read-only access. Is there a way that I can see who is
connected to the database through access or any other
program? Please let me know if this is possible or
impossible. Thank you for your time.
