Seeing a lot of duplicate meetings side by side

Newbie

Not sure how but I sometimes see an identical meeting side by side in my
calendar? Not sure how they happen but if I modify one, it tells me there's
a conflict with an adjacent entry. Any ideas? We're using Exchange 2007
SP1.

Checked with users, no they don't use with a phone or PDA, and as far as I
can see, no add-on software aside from Google Search or Yahoo Search.

I am having the same problem and using Exchange 2003
Any help would be appreciated

To diagnose it we need to know a few things:

did it ever work properly?
what happened between when it did and didn't? eg PDA synchronisation,
upgrades etc.
What have you tried to date to fix it?

it has worked before and i have tried un-installing office and re-installing
it and setting up the delegates again but it still happens

does the client have sp1 installed. does one show as accepted and the other
show as tentative?
