I know there is a way to sort emails and see what has large
attachments in it.
Is there a way to do the same in Outlook?
We have Outlook 2003 SP3 and one of my managers is constantly getting
"your mailbox is too full" messages and she's tracked dwon a BIG
problem being that her calendar file is 30meg in size! (She thinks
because people put large attachments onto calendar appointments)
If possible, she'd like to go in and delete the attachments, but leave
the appointment on her calendar. Is there a way of doing this other
than going through all the appointments by hand?
Alternatively, is it okay to use AutoArchive to delete all
appointments older than X? I know we have been advised NOT to use
AutoArchive for emails but there doesn't seem to be anything else to
delete calendar items.
