Seeing the underlying tables in access, instead of the default form

Hi everyone,

I currently have a situation in that I need to amend a database that was
developed by someone else. When the database starts, it only shows a form
and I can't seem to get the tables/queries/etc view to appear.

When I've needed to get to that view before, I've just had to press F11 and
that seems to work. I can't remember how I figured that out though.

This doesnt work on this database, so I'm hoping that some helpful chap
could tell me another way to get into the 'insides' of the database.

You should be able to get into the guts by holding down the shift key while
opening the .mdb.

Try holding down the <Shift> key while opening the database to bypass
the startup feature. Even that may have been disabled, though, if the
developer set the database properties to prohibit the shift key
bypass. If that's the case post back, there's a way to break even that
barrier.
