Seek Method,or Customized Parameter Qry Dialog Box or Customer Dia

I have created a parameter query based on table named Barcode. Then I created
form based on this query.
Its fine.
But I need to modify the parameter dialog box.
I need it very small and right top corner of my form. How can I modify the
parameter dialog box. I am not good in programming.
Of if any one can advice me how to set up search field in same form with out
using parameter query dialog box. Or how to set up Small Customer Dialog Box
in one corner of the form.
