Hoping to find a ready made access template that can track a fleet of
vehicles and also allow me to include a photo of each vehicle.

I don't think I've ever seen on for that specific application. You may have
to develop it yourself or hire a professional to do it for you.

Have you checked Google.com or at the mvps.org/access website? Have you
checked Microsoft's "template" library?
