Seeking Approval (or Criticism) of Proposed Design

I have posted pictures on my website of my relationship table, along
with the most important report that I will need to generate.

Proposed Design:

Sample Report:
http://postedinfo.homestead.com/SampleReport.html

The database starts with a "Homes" table that houses many "Residents."
The Homes are also associated with various "Worksites," and the
residents are assigned to a PRIMARY Worksite. This is complicated by
the fact that a Resident doesn't necessarily have to work at the same
Worksite that is associated with his/her Home. But I will need to be
able to produce reports concerning the Homes and their Residents, as
well as Homes and their respective Worksites.

The Worksites are scheduled for nine weekly sessions [two sessions
Monday through Thursday (a.m. and p.m.), and one a.m. session on
Friday]. The Worksite schedule is complicated by the fact that,
although a Resident is assigned to one PRIMARY Worksite, the schedule
could be mixed to include several sessions at other Worksites – again,
not necessarily those sponsored by his Home. I must produce a report
(see above link) grouped by Home, then by its Worksite, with the
weekly sessions laid out across the page; Underneath that is a listing
of its primarily-assigned Residents and their weekly schedule (that
notes the individual's worksite underneath the session times). It is
also important to the "PowersThatBe" that the sessions be displayed
ACROSS the page, not DOWN the page.

The Worksites are staffed by a varying number of "Employees," linked
to the Employees table.

Eventually, the Worksite table will also be linked to other tables,
such as the Crafts made, the Craft Components produced by each
Worksite, Supplies needed, and the preferred Vendors... but I wanted
to start with the main core first.

What do you think? Would it be beneficial to change anything, or do
you think this is a good start?

Thanks so much for your advice and assistance!

Jessi
