Seeking Consultant to Develop with Office API

Hello --

Can anybody recommend or give me any advise on how I can find a consultant
to help with a project which involves strong knowledge of the Exce and Word
API? My company is looking to perform conversion from MS Word and MS Excel
to TEXT and XML, all using macros/VB. Perferably, we'd like to find someone
in the Los Angeles area.
