Seeking Macro for Continue Numbering

I'm hoping someone can refer me to a reference where I can find a
'continue numbering' macro to remove the next previous dummy
paragraph. I am currently testing Margaret Aldis's macro for the
RestartMethod which has been successful so far (THANK YOU MARGARET!!).

G'day (e-mail address removed) (Michele),

Copy that macro and change the .ContinueNumbering property to True.
