select all the words in a section/page

How could I, through code/macro, select the words in a section or a page.

Any help in the right direction will be appreciated.

Word has special bookmarks which can do what you want. To select the
current section:

ActiveDocument.Bookmarks("\section").Select

To select the current page:

ActiveDocument.Bookmarks("\page").Select

But note that depending on what you are trying to accomplish, there
might be a better way than working with selections.
