select certain files to always be a recent document for easy acces

Be able to select certain frequently used files (say up to 10) so that they
are always in the recent document menu for word and excel. These files won't
ever be bumped from recent files opened.

Word 2007 allows you to "pin" certain documents. In Word 2003 and earlier,
you can use the even more useful Work menu; see
