select e-mail contact in "to" field

Hi

I was using outlook 2000 and now i installed 2002 (XP)

Now it's very dificult to select a contact for a mail, cos of the new fields
"display as" in mail 1, 2 and 3


i'll give one example


Luis Delgado has 2 e-mails, (e-mail address removed) and (e-mail address removed)

before, i just typed delg, outlook recognised it (or any subpart inside name
or mail), selected the mail1 (default) and displayed just the name

now it says the name doesn't exist

if i press to, there are 2 luis delgados (in 2000 there was only 1), i have
to scroll right to select mail 1 or mail 2 (and most of my contacts have
multiple mails!!!)

before, i right clicked the name and could change beetween mail 1, 2 and 3,
now i can´t


this makes sending a mail a task force!!!


can i change the default "display as" from Name + (mail) just to Name?

can i make outlook recognise a subpart of the name or the mail?

can i see only the default/mail1 contact in the name list?

can i change from mail 1/2/3 by right clicking?
