Select files

Is there a control that you can use to select a file like when someon
clicks a browse button to select a file and a window pops up allowin
you to navigate to the file.

I try to use the Select File attachment but all my docs are been convert
to word doc ! I need the same thing but that I can open all docs !

Can someone help me ?
