Select from one of three tables based on user input

I'm designing a form for our company to use. One of the first selections
made is which of the three factories will be the destination point. The
next obvious choice is where the will originate from, the origination point.
I have a table for
each factory listing the different origination points for that factory. I
would like to have this selection made based on which factory they chose.
Is this possible?

Why 3 separate tables? If you had a column for factory, you could select
from a single table. No?
