Select/Insert attachments using folder shortcuts

Is it possible to add shortcuts to a MailItem form?

In our system we have documentfolders for each customer.
When users wants to email this customer, they want to attach document
from the customer's documentfolder. But the "paperclip" always defaul
to the My Documents folder.

My first idea was to each time create and place a shortcut to th
customer's documentfolder in the My Documents folder. After using th
paperclip en doubleclick this shortcut, the appropiate folder would b
selected.

But is it possible to add this shortcut to the email form

You mean that it automatically opens the correct folder based on the address
in the To line?
You'll need to use VBA for that.

Note that you can also add the shortcuts directly to the Open/Save dialogs;
