Select Names Dialog Box

Outlook 2002, Windows XP

When I create a new email message and click on the To: button, the Select
Names dialog box displays. If I have a contact that has an email address and
fax number their name appears in the list twice but does not distringuish
which is the email and which is the fax.

Is there a way to customize this dialog box so either a) it identifies which
is the email and fax or b) it does not list the fax even though I have the
fax number in the contacts information. We do not fax from our computers

Thanks for your help,

Jeff

You should be able to slide the horizontal slide-bar to the right and see
"SMTP" or "FAX" in the "E-mail Type" column.

Modify the fax number in the Contacts record so that it is not recognizable
as a phone number and Outlook won't show it in the address book. Many
people prepend an "F" to the number.
