Select pages to print

I'm using Outlook 2000, but this problem affects the newer versions just as much - it seems it is impossible to select which pages to print when printing plain text e-mails using memo style. One can only select odd pages or even pages, but not, say pages 1-3, or pages 3-4, or anything custom. This seems like a pretty basic feature in all other programs. Any suggestions?

Can someone speak to MS about this?
