Select query problem

Hi, I'm having an issue with pulling information from a
select query. My problem is I want to extract information
from a table that shows members, alternates and inactive
members in a query. The table has other information, but
I just want those three criteria's. I am using the select
query and in the criteria, I am inputting yes for member,
yes for alternate, and yes for inactive and nothing comes
up. I realize that there has to be some type of logical
and/or that I am missing. I've been playing around with
it and still cannot come up with the correct output. Can
anyone help me.
