Select Query Question

Not sure where to start I was thinking of using a select query, but not sure
how to tackle this.
I want to use field names and values to get my answer. Here is my condition
below

Mon Tue Wed
Teach1 8am - 9am 3pm - 4pm 8am - 9am
Teach2 8am - 9am 8am - 9am 8am - 9am
Teach3 8am - 9am 8am - 9am 2pm - 4pm

I want to get the following result:

Office Hours
Teach 1 M & W: 8am -9am, Tu: 3pm - 4pm
Teach 2 M - W: 8am - 9am
Teach 3 M - Tu: 8am - 9am, W: 2pm - 4pm

You can use DatePart with the IIF of the fields to accomplish this task.
