Hi,
I'm running Office 2003 on a winxp (sp2) os.
When I try to create a new document using a template, selecting a
given template, each and everyone on my system, leads to the creation
of a blank document. The list of templates appears, but it's useless.
The dot files do exist on my system. I can open a dot file by
selecting it from my list of files, I can save a dot file once it has
been loaded to word as a doc file, and continue from this point as I
customary do, all I can't perform is the usual file=>new=>select
template ... go.
How can I solve this problem?
