Selecting and embeded spreedsheet causing installer to run?

I have a form with an embedded Excel wooksheet which works fine. When I
transfered (by email) the file to another computer, I opened the spreedsheet
and the MS Office installer started. If I put the Office CD in, it cant find
the CD drive. Both computers running on the same version and CD of
Office(2003 with multiple licenses)

If I cancel the installer acouple of times the form acts normally and I can
access the imbeded spreedsheet

Any Ideas
