Selecting cells randomely using control key how do I add them and place the
result
in new cell ???

In the new cell, enter:

=SUM(
*Then*, click in each of your random cells while holding <Ctrl>.
After clicking in the last one, simply hit <Enter>.

This is limited to 30 cells using this procedure.
However, if you do have some cells that are contiguous, if you drag the
selection of these cells, it would count as only a single entry.

After you have selected the cells, click in the Name box, to the left of
the formula bar
Type a one-word name for the range, e.g. RandomCells
Press the Enter key, to complete the naming process.

Select the cell in which you want the result
Type: =SUM(RandomCells)
