Selecting Clip Art

I inserted some clip art into my Word Document (Word 2003). Then I went to
format, picture, and set it so that the picture was behind the text. Then I
set the location that I wanted it on the page, using a specific location, not
a relative location to the text. I went back to editing the text on the page.
Now I need to change the location of the clip art by a little bit. However, I
can't select the clip art now. It doesn't matter where I click on the page or
the art, I can't select it. Format picture is no longer available on my menu.
There is no choice under the Edit menu to edit the picture. Does anyone have
any ideas?

In Word 2003 or earlier, display the Drawing toolbar (click on View |
Toolbars | Drawing). On the Drawing toolbar, click on the Select
Objects tool (that's the big white arrow near the left end of the
Drawing toolbar). Then click on the clip art object to select it. When
you've finished modifying the object, remember to click on the Select
Objects tool again to turn it off, or else you won't be able to select
text normally with the mouse.
