Selecting "Current Tasks" returns to "All Tasks"

I have a user who cannot view Current Tasks in PWA. Every time he clic
on the link to Current Tasks on the left side of the screen, the pag
reloads, but returns him to All Tasks which include not only activ
tasks, but deleted, reassigned, etc.

I've seen this question posted on 2 other places on the web with n
answers....does anyone know what causes this to happen? The cache an
offline files have been cleared.

I have the opposite problem with a user (when she clicks on All Tasks, it
takes her back to Current Tasks, and she does have tasks that aren't
current). I can't find a solution to this problem that works all the time
either.

I have had 3 other users encounter the problem that they could only see All
Tasks and not Current Tasks. In all three situations, the users had
bookmarked their task page in IE instead of the home page for web access.
It's seems as though it wouldn't refresh the view once they were on the tasks
page. I had them delete their bookmark and clear their cookies & temp files
just to be sure. Then re-open IE and go to the home page for web access
before going to their tasks page resolved the issue. This however is not
working for my user encountering the problem now.

One other thing to note with this user though is that web access won't save
her table/column settings (it keeps going back to the default). I have no
idea if this is related but I noticed it today when I was having her test
some things.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

FYI - this is a Project 2003 environment.
