selecting From address when sending email

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: Exchange

I have an account on exchange with 3 domain alias's. In Outlook I have the option of selection 'FROM' when addressing an email so the email can be 'sent from' my exchange email address or any of the other alias's set up on exchange. I do not find this option in Entourage 2008.

My only work around has been to set up the domain alias emails as POP3 account in Entourage.

Entourage does not support aliases for sending with Exchange accounts.

Please be sure to let Microsoft know you'd like to see this feature in
future versions by using the Help --> Send Feedback mechanism in any
Office application.
