Hi

In Outlook Express main menu I can select individual lines by using the
key code: Apple>Shift and then clicking on which lines I want to select.
This enables me to bypass having to select whole blocks of lines.

I would like to be able to do this with lines in a word document.

Is there a key code, or a way to do this?

Hello-

Move your pointer to the left margin (also known as the Selection Area)
so that the pointer looks like a white arrow. Click adjacent to the
first line you want to select, then Cmd(Apple)+Click (or is it
Option+Click?... to much time on these #@%#* PCs) next to each
additional line. You can also use a dragging technique for consecutive
lines.

PS-

It _is_ Cmd+Click, but the arrow I referred to is black in MacWord, not
white.
