Selecting multiple boxes in smartart graphicorganizational charts.

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) I can't seem to select more than one box in my organization charts, so that I can format more than one box at a time.

Help!

PS. I have tried holding down both the COMMAND or the SHIFT buttons while clicking.

Make sure Office is fully updated. You may also be due for re-launching the
program and/or restarting your Mac. Shift-Click to select multiple objects
should work as expected if all else is as it should be.
