Selecting multiple names in the CC pick list in Status Report

Within the PWA status report creation feature, is there a way to select
multiple people in the CC list to send the report out to? When I try, I can
only select one at a time. This is onerous if you are trying to select a
large number of people.

Also, is there a way to have the status report that you send out using your
own email address, to show up in the Sent Items folder in Outlook? (So that a
Manager can keep track of what they have sent out without going into PWA).

Victoria --

Select the first name on the CC list, press and hold the Control key, and
then as many additional CC names as you wish.

To answer your second question, no. The team member must go to to the
Status Reports page in PWA and look in the Status Reports Archive section.

Hi Victoria,

You can seperate the names with a comment and manually enter the actual
names, but that seem to be the only way to do it.
