Selecting particular style types

Spee

Hi,

I have a style called "Body Text".

When I have italicised the font I use in Body Text, I can highlight
that text and the style taskpane shows the style as "Body Text +
Italic". I can then select all text in the document with that style.

However, if I use italics in the footnotes, it does not show "Footnotes
+ Italic" in the taskpane, and so I can't select all the text in the
footnotes that is italicised.

Is it possible to select all italicised text in the footnotes?

Your help would be much appreciated.

Spee.

You can use find and replace » find dialogue to do that OK.
Biff the jellybean next to "replace all" to reveal the extra magic.
Go for format » style, choose footnote text, go for format » font and
choose italic.

It's a slippery slope.

If you find yourself using "brain-damaged" as an adjective describing
user interface elements, you will know it is past treatment.
