Selecting Pic that is Behind Text

I am using Word 2007 and placed some graphics "Behind Text" when formatting
them. I want to adjust their size, but cannot select them now. In the past,
I would have displayed the Drawing Toolbar and used the Select Object
option. However, in Word 2007, the Drawing Toolbar does not exist anymore.
Functions only show up depending on what item you have selected. Since I
cannot select the picture, I can't get to the options to modify it. Anyone
have any ideas?

Right end of the Home Tab of the Ribbon - Click the Editing button then
click Select... your familiar Select Objects tool is right there.
