Selecting Records

I have created a custom dialog box which allows the user
to select one of 14 forms. I have attached a macro to
operate the dialog box and a command button which allows
the user to preview the print the chosen form.

However, the form defaults to the last record in the
table which the preview/print button is pressed and the
record indicator below only shows 1 of 1. How do I allow
the user to choose another record?
