Selecting "Save As" adds "Copy of" to file name- MS Excel 2007

You'll get "Copy of" added to the file name if it's opened as a read only
file.

Similar Issue

In Excel 2007, when I use the “Save As” command, it happens if I save the file twice. On the second save or there after it saves it as “Copy of ….”, the third time it saves it as “Copy of.. Copy of…” and so on.
