My version of Word has recently been upgraded to 2003.
A 'bug' has appeared whereby under the 'Styles & Formatting' task pane,
the button 'Select All' (whereby the current style can be highlighted
throughout the document, refuses to be active - even when its obvious
the current style is in use.
The same holds true for the 'Select All' option under each individual
style - they all claim they are not in use, when again it is obvious
that they are.
Nothing I can do will activate the 'Select All' option, but I really
need it as Im constantly merging various documents together and need to
quickly fix the mixed up styles that word attempts to create.
Anyone know how this can be fixed? There would seem to be no option
that turns it on, I believe it is some thing do with the fact that I
had an earlier version that has been upgraded...
thanks
