Selecting the default browser for URLs in an Excel spreadsheet?

How do I set the default browser that opens when I click a clickable
link (URL) into a cell in MS Excel?

(This is an older version, MS Excel 98 Macintosh Edition, on a PowerBook
running OS 9.2, and I want the browser to be Netscape, not MS IE.)

The default browser is set in the "Internet" Control Panel (under the
Apple Menu) under the "Web" tab. I know this is true with OS 9.0.
