Selection

Hi. What happened to the selection function (the button or icon that looks
like a lasso)? Has it been eliminated? I can't seem to get it to stick to the
menu bar.

You might be thinking of the Journal in the Tablet PC edition of XP. The
Type/Selection Tool icon in OneNote is located on the Drawing and Writing
Tools toolbar and looks like a capital 'A' with the insertion icon next to
it.

Oh, I see. Thanks. I'm using the Korean version and it appears as the first
consonent of the Korean alphabet (Hangul), not an "A." But if you go to
customize your toolbar, and scroll down to "ink and drawing" (that's a
translation from the Korean), you can see an icon just below the eraser icon
which says "selection tool." But it cannot be moved up onto the toolbar.
Very strange!
