Selective label printing

Can anyone tell me how to selectively print labels from a
large file of addresses without selecting one at a time?
Thanks in advance.

If there is some rhyme or reason to the selection process (e.g. a date range
or customer id range etc.) then simply create a query based on the table
that contains the data you need and then based the label report on the
query.

HMm I'm in the same boat - kind of, but I need to selectively print a
specificly designed report (that I'e already defined) but only print
those with one selected point. I've tried this but I only get a
report that has a list hmmm I'm lost Any ideas?
(E.G. I've got a list of people and I need to print nametags for them
but ONLY those that are vendors...)
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated
THANKS!

I'm not entirely clear from your description, but it sounds like you have a
report that does labels, and a list of folks and their addresses (either a
table or a query).

One approach would be to set the report's record source to the "list"
(however you limit/select for that list). Another would be to have the
report (i.e., labels) set up to do all possibles, then filter based on your
selection.

Good luck
