selective search in OneNote

I'm trying to search 252MB in OneNote for 'arm' as in Arm processor. Hits of
'harm' and 'alarm' keep appearing.

In string manipulation, normally I could force '(space)arm(space)', but that
doesn't seem to work in OneNote.

Any other ideas?

Like Matt said, "arm" looks for the whole word, while arm - no quotes -
looks for the letters arm in words, such as harm, farm, Darma - you get
the drift...
