Selective synching of contacts ??

Using Outlook 2007 and Windows Mobile Device Center. Full synch works great !!
But I want to have all of my contacts in my Outlook Contacts folder but only
synch some of them. Example folder contains friends and business contacts. I
only want business contacts to synch to my Smartphone. Possible ??
