Selelct chart with keyboard only

In Excel 2007, with any chart on its own sheet, how do you get the focus on
the chart using the keyboard (visually impaired person, non mouse user) so
that you can then copy and paste the chart to another program such as word.

Can do it when chart is on same sheet as data as an object.
