Self Assessment tests...

HI,

we would like to create something
that a user is presented with a list of questions
then each question has AGREE DISAGREE STRONG DISAGREE

after they indicate their "stance" for each question
then we want to rank this persons score against
a 'standard'

any ideas.... this may not even be the place to post
this.... but i couldn't think of where to even begin.

any help is greatly appreciated.
