Hi all,
I've found the answer to the common "Selcert.exe just says
Unable to Create Certificate" problem.
The reason is that you are logged on as default user.
To fix it, press Start, and select log off.
When you get the logon box, enter your name, leave the
password blank if you don't want to have to logon every
time you start Windows, and press OK. DON'T press Cancel.
You will now be logged on as a real user, and Selfcert
will be happy to create any certificate you want.
Good luck.
