SelfCert was unable to create your certificate

I have a VBA database which I converted to the Acess 2007 file format. At first I was able to enter VBA on a one-time
basis. Somewhere in my efforts to bypass the entry routine I made a mistake and now get "Database Project Locked"
when I try to get into VBA.

I think my problem is the lack of a valid digital certificate, but I get the "unable to create" error when I try to
generate a certificate.

How do I get my database unlocked?

Try building and moving your database to a Trusted Location. You'll find it
under the Office button.
