Selling Used Office 97 Pro Academic edition. Do Academic restrictions apply?

Hi,
I am selling a used copy of Office 97 Pro Academic
Edition. I need to know if the restrictions on the
person who purchases the item still apply. Meaning do
they need to be in the academic field. And if so, can
someone point me to a web page with the restrictions
listed so I do not violate them.

As I understand the EULA, you cannot sell an Academic version of anything MS.
Once you've bought it, it belongs to the PC it was originally installed on.
Period.

That is true of OEM software but not of Academic
Software. In fact this product has been removed and re
registered on 4 different computers during its life. All
mine as I have upgraded.

As long as the software has been removed completely from
the computer it was installed on it can be sold or
transfered.

The restriction comes in as to who can use the software.
I am not sure of all of the academic restrictions. That
is what I need to know.
