Send a Calendar via E-mail - Show time is wrong

If you send a calendar via e-mail and choose full details,
show time as = Free instead of busy

Is there a problem with this feature

I looked at the appointment and it has the time set as busy

Yes, I've seen that problem and am trying to work up a reproducible scenario.
